One of my favorite Psalms… Oh, what wonderful promises and uplifting words of comfort from the Father for those who love Him. We get to carry His goodness, light and joy with us into situations and circumstances that the world so desperately needs.  

Are you feeling like you’re lacking the energy to share your joy? Here are some tips to give you strength and fill you up to overflowing.

Take a 10 Minute Praise Break. What is your current favorite praise song? Pull it up on your phone. Sing as loud as you want, in your car or at home. Sometimes you just have to dance it out too. Make a playlist to have quick access.

What is Your Favorite Psalm? Go quickly to your Bible. Don’t hesitate. Fill your mind with the word that never fails to encourage you. Write it out, or post it so that you see it several times a day. Share it with someone. Find new favorite verses. Record them on your phone and listen to them daily.

Do these tips and very soon, you will be FILLED BACK UP. His word does not return void! You will be overflowing to the world around you! Have fun SPILLING YOUR JOY on others!
